Australian artist and designer, Tiel Seivl-Keevers has been producing original art for all age groups since 2003. She has a degree in fine arts, majoring in printmaking, and a career in graphic and web design. Working now as a freelance illustrator and designer, her focus is to create original and affordable art.
“I use my computer as a tool quite a bit, adding warmth and detail by handworking over the images with paint or ink.”
Tiel’s works encompass many styles and techniques. Since starting a family of her own she started designing imagery for children, but also sells original art and limited edition prints for more mature tastes. Her works are sold worldwide.
“Having children has certainly made me aware of the types of art available for children. There are so many themes that can be explored and I really enjoy creating for this age group. My current themes of interest include, Babushka dolls, Folk Art, Birds, Nature and pattern.
